Q-Zar in Codevilla and Oltreroom Voghera

Scape Rooms are very popular: interactive and engaging group activities in which participants – locked in a room – have a limited time to solve a series of puzzles in order to scape.

Deciphering codes, finding hidden objects, solving puzzles and finding the keys to exit the escape room, intuition, logic and above all teamwork are actions that come into play. 🔐

Exciting, right? Do we necessarily have to go to some big city for this fun experience? 🤔

Absolutely not! In Voghera there is Oltreroom , a special escape room .
Why special? Because it has a strong connection with our territory, with Oltrepò Pavese … since the two rooms/settings reproduced are the Teatro Sociale of Voghera and what was the Psychiatric Hospital of the city.

One hour to solve the mystery and get out of the room. The best times recorded were 35 and 40 minutes.

Speaking of teamwork, let’s not forget a Cult location: the historic Q-Zar in Codevilla , in the province of Pavia.
This place has been open since 1997! And since then it has given many evenings of healthy fun playing laser tag: A game where you challenge each other by teams, shooting beams of light on the vest equipped with sensors, inside a large room made of small obstacles, it is dark but you can orient yourself thanks to the laser lights.
It takes a lot of precision and good speed.

Laser tag encourage teamwork and cooperation to achieve a common goal.
The better you know your teammates and opponents, the easier it will be to anticipate their moves and strategies to achieve victory.

In both cases, in addition to being fun, they are valid as an indoor Team Building activities .

Team Building is a way to create cohesion in the workplace that is quite widespread nowadays, but the culture of Team Building in Italy actually began to emerge already between the 80s and 90s.

We can therefore consider the Q-Zar of Codevilla as a true precursor of the times in Oltrepò , as regards the concept of Team Building.

Oltrerooom ‘s proposal is a further confirmation of the growth of this type of moments aimed at strengthening ties within companies and which is now part of the corporate culture in Italy.
